Why is There No Video Coming From the Camera?

If your Aeroo Pro isn't showing any video feed in the Aeroo Fly app, don't worry โ€” this is often a quick fix. It can be resolved in just a few steps.ย 


Step 1: Check the Drone and Camera

Make sure the drone and remote are both powered on.

Remove the gimbal protector before powering on the drone and ensure the camera lens is clear of any obstructions.ย

Step 2: Check Your Phone Connection

Ensure your phone is connected properly to the remote with the supplied cable. Charging the phone from the controller confirms a strong physical connection. Additionally, clean the phoneโ€™s charging port to ensure a good fit.ย

Step 3: Restart and Reconnect

  • Restart the Aeroo Fly app and reconnect to the drone.
  • If the issue persists, restart your phone, the remote, and the drone, then try again.


Step 4: Check for Firmware Updates

  • Open the Aeroo Fly app -> Settings -> General -> Version -> tap Check for Updates.
  • If an update is available, install it before trying again.
