Shipping & Delivery 

Dispatch: All orders are dispatched from our Auckland warehouse within 1-3 business days unless on pre-order. 

Delivery: Delivery timeframes range from 1-5 business days after dispatch and vary according to location. Exact estimates will be provided at checkout.

• Please note: All timeframes are estimates, and not guarantees. 

Carriers: We use New Zealand Post for our deliveries, which offers fast and reliable courier services, as well as maintains 100% carbon-neutral delivery.

Delivery Policy: 

• You will receive tracking information once your order is being prepared for dispatch. This will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. 
• If you have ordered multiple items, they will usually be packed together. 
• Please review delivery details if you wish to change or confirm your delivery preference.
• We will reimburse you in the unlikely event of any product loss or damage while in transit until the product is marked as delivered by the courier.
• Aeroo is not responsible for stolen goods after your order is delivered.
