Shipping policy

Drone orders are usually delivered in 1-4 business days to North Island and 1-6 business days to South Island.

Shipping time frame estimates are quoted at checkout.

  • Orders will either be fulfilled from our local NZ warehouse, or our Australia warehouse, depending on which is able to ship to you the quickest. Currently all drone orders are shipping from Aus
  • We use Team GE and New Zealand Post for our deliveries, which offer a super fast and reliable courier service, as well as maintain 100% carbon-neutral delivery, which is something we at Aeroo are passionate about. 
  • Team GE covers every postal address in New Zealand, including rural areas. Some of these areas may experience slightly longer shipping times. Team GE will however be unable to deliver to a parcel locker/PO Box, for these addresses we will send via NZ post or an alternative.
  • When we ship your order, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking.

Most non-drone orders to metro areas take between 1-8 business days, If your order does not arrive within 10 business days, please contact us at support@nz.aeroodrones.com and we will follow up on your order.

If you have ordered multiple items, they will usually be packaged together. 

Due to current delivery restrictions, unless otherwise specified, all parcels are sent with "Authority to Leave". We will reimburse you in the unlikely event of any product loss or damage while in transit until the product is marked as delivered by the courier.

Aeroo is not responsible for stolen goods after your order is delivered.

As soon as your package is dispatched, we will provide you with tracking details via email. From this, you can follow a link to track your parcel online. *Please note that there is often a delay in tracking updates.
