Terms and Conditions
 
1. THE PROMOTER
This competition is run by Aeroo Innovations Pty Ltd, Unit 6, 24 Harrison Road, Mount Wellington, Auckland 1060, New Zealand ("Aeroo Drones").
 
2. ELIGIBILITY
The competition is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of Aeroo Innovations Pty Ltd and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
 
3. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
No purchase is necessary to enter this competition.
 
4. HOW TO ENTER
To enter, scan the QR code displayed at the Aeroo Drones exhibition booth and complete the entry form at nz.aeroodrones.com/pages/nz-expo-sign-up. Provide your name, email address and phone number to be entered. One entry per person.
 
5. THE PRIZE
One winner will receive 2 x Aeroo AI Flight Batteries (RRP $698.00 NZD). The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
 
6. DRAW
The winner will be selected by random draw after the close of the show. The draw will be conducted by a representative of Aeroo Drones.
 
7. WINNER NOTIFICATION
The winner will be contacted by mobile or email using the details provided at the time of entry. If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of being notified, a new winner will be selected.
 
8. PRIVACY
Personal information collected through this competition will be used by Aeroo Drones to administer the competition and may be used to send you information about Aeroo Drones products and offers. You may opt out at any time by contacting us at support@nz.aeroodrones.com. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent.
 
9. GENERAL
- Aeroo Drones reserves the right to cancel or modify the competition if circumstances require.
- The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- This competition is conducted in accordance with New Zealand law.
